Hello & Welcome!

You're at the right place if you're ready to heal your relationship with food and your body.

My name is Anastasia, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and anti-diet dietitian.

Why anti-diet?
Cause the culture of dieting (trying to control our body by reducing what we eat or eliminating food groups) is what creates eating and food challenges and eating disorders.
When we are following diets or food rules (mindsets, beliefs) we're unable to listen to our body and our true needs, this keeps us stuck in a war with food and ourselves.

I have gone through a fair share of eating challenges myself. Started my first diet at the age of 12, became a yo-yo dieter, developed a binge eating disorder and years of bulimia.

So I know the feeling of not being able to enjoy life, cause I'm obsessing about food and my body.
AND I also know the feeling of healing my relationship with food, eating and my body and being able to enjoy the life I crave (free from food worries!)

I wish to be a soothing voice that guides you to connect to your body wisdom & intuition so you can build a life you love.

No need for perfectionism, strict rules, and tryin to stay motivated. It's time to break free from the "shoulds" and step in to your intuitive guidance.
