 8 Live Workshops 

These -twice a week- live zoom sessions are your opportunity to connect, unpack and deepen your knowledge. Ideally, you attend all sessions live - but if you can't make it, don't worry! All sessions will be recorded and available for you to watch at a later time. 

Weekly sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30pm-1:30pm

What is the cost of the program?

Your investment in yourself is €349 for an 8 workshop program.

This works out to be around €43.5 per workshop by a qualified dietitian/intuitive eating counselor.

+ Plus you have access to the workbooks, a community of like-minded people and email support as needed throughout the duration of the program. Total bargain!

Is the program done in a group?

Yes, the program is done in a small group of no more than 15 participants. You are invited to attend every session, even if you don't feel like participating. Just being there live, and hearing the experiences others have is invaluable on your intuitive eating journey.

What if I'm unable to attend one of the workshops?

The workshops will be recorded and available to you via the website, you will also have access to the worksheets and self-compassion recordings at all times. 

What makes this program different from a diet program?

This program is designed to help you know when to eat, what to eat and how much to eat without confusing rules and diet plans. It is not a diet plan and the focus is not weight loss. You instead learn something way more valuable: how to stop overeating, and how to feel in charge by relying on yourself and your own body wisdom. This approach will give you long lasting results, cause you always have yourself to rely on, regardless of where you are and what you're eating. We still cover nutrition basics, to clarify myths and give you the right tools around how to pick what to eat - to make the best decision for yourself.

How long do I have access to the program for?

You have access to the program for 6 months from when we finish the last workshop.
