  • You try to be 'good' but then experience episodes of overeating and feel completely  out of control. This makes you feel ashamed and like there's something wrong with you and as a result you go back on another diet. 

  • As a result you've tried many different health plans/diets/counting points or calories or macros but feel like you're not able to stick any of those. You know deep down that dieting ain't the way!

  • You feel guilty around food. You believe you should eat less, and that all the delicious food is "bad" for you. You try to keep yourself on a good food schedule, but eventually may lose control and eat all the "naughty" food and feel defeated.

What's included

 

Intuitive Eating Live Sessions 

There are a total of 10 live zoom sessions on becoming an Intuitive Eater, covered over 10 weeks. These sessions are live and they are your opportunity to connect, unpack and deepen your knowledge.

Ideally, you attend all sessions live - through connection and communication is where the magic happens! But, do not stress if you miss any, all sessions will be recorded and available for you to watch at a later time. 

Nutrition Sessions

We will cover basic nutrition information to help you eat with attunement to your body and your health needs. You learn to use nutrition information as a tool to help you feel your best, and stay nourished. There will be a total of 3 sessions, covered towards the end of the program, so as not to turn nutrition information to another diet. 

Accompanying worksheets

The Workbooks include reading material to help you deepen your understanding of material covered in live workshops & provide you with the opportunity to mindfully reflect on your personal experiences day to day.

Self-Compassion Audios 

Self-compassion and mindfulness are at the core of what we do in this program. I have recorded some sessions or will be providing you with recommended self compassion meditations to help you on your journey. 

A Supportive Community 

Access to a Facebook page where we share, connect and explore everything we are learning during the program. 

1-1 Session With Anastasia

A one-on-one session with Anastasia to support you on your intuitive eating journey.

What is the cost of the program?

Is the program done in a group?

Yes, the program is done in a small group of no more than 15 participants. You are invited to attend every session, even if you don't feel like participating. Just being there live, and hearing the experiences others have is invaluable on your intuitive eating journey.

What if I'm unable to attend one of the workshops?

The workshops will be recorded and available to you via the website, you will also have access to the worksheets and self-compassion recordings at all times. 

What makes this program different from a diet program?

This program is designed to help you know when to eat, what to eat and how much to eat without confusing rules and diet plans. It is not a diet plan and the focus is not weight loss. You instead learn something way more valuable: how to stop overeating, and how to feel in charge by relying on yourself and your own body wisdom. This approach will give you long lasting results, cause you always have yourself to rely on, regardless of where you are and what you're eating. We still cover nutrition basics, to clarify myths and give you the right tools around how to pick what to eat - to make the best decision for yourself.

How long do I have access to the program for?

You have access to the program for 6 months from when we finish the last workshop.
